The specific categories of messages transmitted may vary depending on the nature of your relationship with Clevrconnect and the services requested or provided.

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier, plan, and device. Clevrconnect does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard carrier charges may apply and are solely your responsibility. Neither Clevrconnect nor its service providers are responsible for any delays, failures, or undelivered messages caused by carrier networks, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Clevrconnect at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP command, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Clevrconnect unless you subsequently re-opt in. SMS communications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Clevrconnect makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of SMS messages and disclaims all liability arising from delayed, misdirected, interrupted, or failed message delivery.

Clevrconnect’s collection, use, and protection of personal information in connection with SMS communications are governed by its Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. SMS opt-in data is used solely for communications directly from Clevrconnect and is not sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed for third-party or affiliate marketing purposes.

By opting into SMS communications, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided or that you have the authority to consent on behalf of the authorized user. You further agree to notify Clevrconnect immediately if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.
